For all reservations and room types, guests are asked to check in after 3:00PM on their arrival date and check out no later than 11:00AM on their departure date. Early check in and late check out times may be arranged by speaking with the front desk associate in advance.
All pre-paid reservations will be charged the full amount of their stay in the case of an early departure.
All reservations have a standard fully refundable cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to the date of arrival by 3:00PM, unless stated otherwise on the guest confirmation. All reservations cancelled in advance of the cancellation policy deadline are fully refundable.
All other reservations will be charged applicable cancellation fees if cancelled past the cancellation policy deadline. Cancellation policies are indicated on guest reservation confirmations at time of booking.
All reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. The card provided will only be authorized within 7 days of arrival at the property, unless otherwise noted or if the reservation is a pre-paid booking.
Upon check-in, a valid guest photo I.D. and credit card must be present. All major credit cards are accepted.
Comfort Inn Gilroy is a non-smoking property. Guests who would like to smoke may do so at a minimum of 20 feet away from the building or in designated smoking areas.
Our property is not pet friendly. However, service animals are welcome. Guest must inform the front desk upon check in or in advance if a service animal will be accompanying the guest on their stay. (Support animals are not considered service animals.)
Guests with non service animals accompanying them on their stay are subject to a $250.00 minimum cleaning fee. Owners who fraudulently claim their animal as a service animal are subject to California penal code 365.7, which could result in “imprisonment in the county jail” and/or a $1000.00 fine.
